Spirituality is woven in every aspect of our lives, including work, ministry, daily routines and the people or things we encounter. There is no division between the sacred and the secular as all are interconnected. Jesus is the role model for this holistic and authentic way of living.

As a spiritual director, I welcome everyone with sincerity and offer a sacred listening space. By hearing your stories, I help you get in touch and connect with the inner feelings, relationships, true self. We seek and discern God’s presence in the moment. This is a journey of deeper, more authentic self-discovery and a growing awareness of your relationship with God, others and the world. Let’s embark on this inner journey and life adventure together.
